Cinnamon: The sweet, spicy aroma of cinnamon is popular all over the world. It is extracted from a tropical, evergreen tree that can grow up to 14 meters high, and its bark, leaves, and flowers have a very high fragrance content. Although cinnamon primarily has a long history of culinary uses, the essential oil derived from it actually offers surprisingly versatile applications. Cinnamon is often used to flavor mouthwashes and chewing gums.

Clove: The recognition of clove's beneficial properties and uses dates back to ancient Chinese and Indian cultures. As a seasoning, it adds a distinctive spicy flavor to any dish or dessert. Cloves are also widely used in dental preparations, sweets, and chewing gums for their taste.

Directions for Use

After flossing, apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a moistened toothbrush. Gently but thoroughly brush your teeth, preferably after every meal, as well as morning and evening, or as directed by your dentist or doctor. For best results, follow with mouthwash. To do this, mix one drop of doTERRA On Guard Protective Blend in 236 ml of water. Rinse vigorously for one minute, then spit out.
